pointers:1 u have to atleast try to answer to the word limit…in ur answer sheet the other side of this sheet( 15 marks meets two pages in Upsc ans booklet) will be blank—it wouldn’t be a problm if ur answer already contains sufficent examples and figures. But if u dont have examples,figures , etc and u have 1 blank page it might be counter-productive
2 As Sushil said , mention the reasons….try to write sub-headings so that the examiner knows u hav understood the demand of the qn
3 conclusion: i dont know how literacy is relatd to digital divide( since many illiterates in india use smart phones) ; digital literacy is a better argument

I think intro needs improvement and you have written term food which should have been crops.
The question has asked for spatial distribution, so you should have written the names of regions as well along with map.
In map you should have shown paddy dominated and other crops dominated separately.

adding to Sushil’s comments: the emphasis should be on SPATIAL analysis…so u should answer why is it located in east asia—size of land holding, population, fertility, lack of markets( hence subsistence)….
