yes i figured that out after i wrote the answer…totally failed to meet the demand of the qn…i thought supporting the qn would sound very Malthusian( or Thanosian) so I took the opposite stand….anyway I stand corrected

Since i wrote answers with time limit…so i dint get the time to demarcate states on map…but yes…will practice demarcating states and improve in future…
