You have wrongly represented the rivers. rivers should be represented by zigzag lines not as dots.
do not write the issues like sc judgement etc. they don’t add value to answer in this answer.
Q.2) So far this answer is written well.
Q.3) You have made good attempt. Of all your answers this answer is good. Because among all aspirants who wrote answers to this question, your approach is the correct.
But still the answer lacks some main points. We will provide synopsis Saturday, refer then.
Q.1) Do not write the issues like Babri masjid, sc judgement in shabarimala case, Bhima koregoan incident.
Be specific on physical/commercial/economic/ecological/ environmental/cultural,significance.
Also locate the places in new map. Try to draw the Indian map.
Q.2) You have written very well. But crossed the word limits. Concentrate on the word limit.
Q.3) We appreciate you have attempted this question. However your approach to the answer needs to be improved.
1. briefly explain lithogenesis, orogenesis and glyptogenesis.
2. then write about how Kobers theory explains mountain building
3. write the short comings of the theory and conclude.
Q.4) Focus on word limits. you are writing the correct answers but you need to write within word limits. Also write explanation for continental drift.

The essence of asking places form news is to make sure that aspirants should not loose marks in map work. but in the explanations you guys writing why that location is in news. It does not fetch the marks. Your points should only explain physical/commercial/economic/ecological/ environmental/cultural.
Also the 5th question is more important from the view of both GS and optional. UPSC asks every year questions from current affairs in optional and we have explained this in the features of this program, but still only few of you are attempting this answer.
