Sea level change both rise and fall should be mentioned.
briefly mention eustatic and isostatic sea level changes.
sea level change by man-made causes.
sea level change effects on biodiversity (both rise and fall)
and measures to be adopted to resolve the issue.

Good approach and good points.
but the third part i.e. impact on biodiversity should be more relevent.
-threat to corals
-loss of mangroves
-change in river regime and change in its ecology etc.

why few points are invalid is because they don’t come under the jurisdiction of the tribunal. So please read the jurisdiction of tribunal.
